砂轮约束磨粒喷射光整加工磨料流体动压力实验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Investigation into Hydrodynamic Slurry Pressure of Finishing with Wheel as Restraint

摘要 根据Navier-Stokes方程和流体流动的连续性方程,建立了砂轮/工件楔形接触区磨料流体动压力的数学模型并进行仿真研究。利用平面磨床M7120E进行了磨料流体动压力的实验研究,结果表明,流体作用力和流体动压力随砂轮速度的提高、最小间隙的减小而增加,工作台进给速度对流体作用力影响很小。实验结果与模型仿真吻合。 The hydrodynamic slurry pressure model and simulation of wedge - like zone between wheel and part was presented, based on Navier- Stokes and continuous equation. Experiments were carried out with plane grinder MT120E and workpiece material steel 45. The experimental results show that the hydrodynamic slurry pressure and force were proportion to grinding wheel velocity, and inverse proportion to the minimum gap between wheel and workpiece and the table feed speed has little effect on hydrodynamic force. The experimental results were in agreement with modeling simulation.
