摘要
                
                    通过在银行营业服务现场收集的各种信息,对银行服务过程进行分析,提出银行客流随机变量的模拟方法,在此基础上通过优先级队列建立事件驱动的服务过程仿真模型。最后,用MicrosoftVisualC++设计实现了仿真系统。计算机仿真实验表明,该系统达到预期的银行服务过程仿真的功能和技术要求,并且可以根据需要进一步完善其功能。事实上,该仿真模型具有一般意义。
                
                A bank service process is analyzed through datum collected on a bank business spot and a random variable simulation with relation to custom flow is presented. A simulation model of client service process based on event drive and priority queue is given. Finally, a design and implement of the simulation system is built up by means of Microsoft VC++. The compute simulation shows that the system has reached the target of the design and requirements on usage and its functions can be perfected.
