人类Rh血型系统的研究进展及临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 Rh血型系统在临床输血、新生儿溶血病和自身免疫性溶血性贫血中具有重要意义。本文就Rh血型基因结构、表型、基因分型及Rh血型系统在临床输血和新生儿溶血病中的应用等最新研究进展作一综述。
