摘要
通过室内盆栽试验,在苗期连续干旱胁迫下,测定了与抗旱性有关的7项指标,运用五级评分法对20份野生鸭茅种质资源(Dactylis glomerataL.)抗旱性进行了综合评价,根据综合评价值的大小,确定了20份野生鸭茅的抗旱性强弱顺序为:ZXY03P-173>ZXY03P-191>ZXY04P-4>ZXY04P-226>ZXY03P-22>ZXY04P-201>ZXY03P-122>ZXY03P-227>ZXY04P-207>ZXY04P-75>ZXY04P-136>ZXY04P-57>ZXY04P-101>ZXY04P-189>ZXY04P-148>ZXY04P-239>ZXY04P-22>ZXY03P-69>ZXY04P-155>ZXY04P-89。
Eleven indices of drought tolerance at seedling stage were examined in greenhouse under drought stress, and the drought tolerance of 20 wild Dactylis glomerata L. germplasm was compre-hensively evaluated with five level grade methods. According to the result of the evaluation, the relative drought resistance of 20 wild Dactylis glomerata L. germplasm is: ZXY03P-173〉 ZXY03P-191 〉 ZXY04P-4 〉 ZXY04P-226〉ZXY03P-22 ZXY04P-201〉 ZXY03P-122 〉 ZXY03P-227 〉 ZXY04P-207 〉ZXY04P-75 〉 ZXY04P-136 〉 ZXY04P-57 ZXY04P-101 〉 ZXY04P-189〉 ZXY04P-148 〉 ZXY04P-239 〉 ZXY04P-22 〉ZXY03P-69 〉 ZXY04P-155 zxY04P-89.
