Technological Standardization Ability Chain:A New Dimension of Study for High-Tech Industry's Technological Capability

摘要已有关于技术能力的研究侧重从国家层面设计评价指标体系。伴随着科技的全球化和科技资源的跨国流动与重组,技术标准化应成为研究产业技术能力的重要维度。基于R&D及其协作化能力、技术专利化能力、专利标准化能力和标准产业化能力的技术标准化能力链是测度产业技术能力的主要指标。深入这一视角的研究,可以用来揭示自主创新、技术标准化和产业技术进步之间的内在联系,构建新时期与产业技术进步战略的对策。 Previous researches use national level indexes to measure technological capabilities. Along with technical globalization and international shift and recombination of technical resources, technological standardization has become an important dimension of technological capabilities for industries. The chain of technological standardization ability including R＆D and collaboration ability, technical patenting ability, standardization ability of patent and standard industrialization ability will be a main index to measure industrial technological capability. The deep discussions of this perspective have very significance for exploring connection of independent innovation, technological standardization and industrial technical development, and constructing strategic approaches of technical development in new stage.
