摘要
可转位刀片的材料、形状和尺寸种类繁多,使机械加工和刀具设计人员很难合理选择适用于给定加工条件的刀片,同时也给刀片的采购和销售带来不便。为此,作者采用一阶谓词、产生式和过程组合的混合知识表示方法,以VB6.0为编程语言、ACCESS为后台数据库,开发了车削可转位刀片选用专家系统,为车削可转位刀片的选用提供了一种新的手段。
It is difficult for mechanists and cutting tool designers to choose the correct inserts for a given machining condition due to a variety of materials, shapes and sizes of indexable inserts. Meanwhile, inconvenience always occurs during the purchase and sale of the inserts as well. Therefore, the authors developed an expert system for turning indexable inserts selection using VB 6.0 as programming language and ACCESS as background database based on the mixed knowledge expression by first predicate-generation-procedure combination. The system exhibits a novel means for the selection of turning indexable inserts.
