摘要
以3,5-二甲酚为原料,硫酰氯为氯化剂、四氯化碳为溶剂,合成对氯间二甲酚。结果表明,当硫酰氯与3,5-二甲酚的摩尔比为1.00∶1.00时,反应收率可达82.57%,高效液相色谱分析,产品含量达97.67%,杀菌性能考察,结果表明,产物杀菌性能与标样相当。
Using 3,5-dimethyl phenol as raw materials,sulfuryl chloride as chlorination reagent and earbon tetraehloride as solvent to synthesize ehloroxylenol. When the mole ratio of sulfuryl chloride to 3,5- dimethyl phenol is 1.00:1.00 ,reaction yield may up to 82.57%. The product is analysed by HPLC ,and the purity of the product may up to 97.67%. The bactericidal ability of the product is also detected ,the result shows that the bactericidal ability of the product is correspond to standard sample.
