摘要
为满足汽车零部件925MPa强度级用钢的要求,利用Nb—V复合微合金化作用,在35MnVN钢的基础上开发了一种新型高强度珠光体-铁素体型锻造用非调质钢。并采用空冷、风冷、缓冷3种不同控制冷却工艺研究其强韧化机理。该钢在(1250±20)℃热锻,于1050~1100℃终锻,锻后空冷的情况下,Rm可达920MPa,ReL达640MPa,A达13%,Z达42%。
A non-quenched and non-tempered steel with pearlite and ferrite structure was developed to meet the need of automobile steel of 925MPa. Based on 35MnVN steel,this steel was applied Nb-V alloying method. The mechanism of strengthening and toughening of this steel was researched by three cooling type,i, e. air cooling, wind cooling and slowness cooling. The mechanical properties of Rm, ReL and A can be respectivly reached 920MPa,640MPa and 13%.
