摘要
中部地区崛起战略决策,为中原城市群发展提供了良好的发展环境,也提出了重大而迫切的战略任务。在中原城市群各个城市处于向心集聚为主的发展阶段,中原城市群建设应率先推进郑汴核心区一体化发展。郑汴核心区既是郑汴一体化的空间承载区,也是中原城市群一体化发展的先导区和示范区,需要从发展目标协同、基础设施共建、产业互补共进、资源共享、发展空间与功能协调、实施策略同步等多个方面有序促进郑汴一体化发展。
The strategic decision about the central China＇ s development has provided a good environment for the development of the central plains cities group, also put forth a major and urgent strategic task. The integration development of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng should take the lead in promoting the integration development of central plains cities group. The core areas of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng integration development is the spatial bearing zones as well as the leading and demonstration areas of the integrated development. Many aspects such as the coordination of the development goals, synchronous implementation of policies and strategies, coordination of the developmental space and functions of urban and rural development, the sharing of resources, the jointly construction of foundational facilities, the development together of the mutually complementary industries are put forward to promote systematically the integrated development of the Zhengzhou and Kaifeng City.
