基于CFD的气阀内气体流动规律模拟 被引量:8

Simulation for Flow Rule of Gas in Valve Based on CFD

摘要 采用CFD对气阀内气体流动规律进行了仿真计算。利用Gambit建立了气阀内流道模型,进口边界和出口边界压力取均匀分布,采用修正SIMPLEC算法,经过100次迭代,计算了吸气和排气时气阀内气体的速度场和压力场分布,分析了气阀的性能特点,为气阀的设计和改造提供了理论依据。 The flow rule of gas in valve was simulated by using CFD method. The model of flow path in valve constructed depending on Gambit. The velocity and pressure distribution on the conditions of sucking and exhausting respectively was calculated through 100 iterations by using amended SIMPLEC algorithm. The capability of valve was got,the theory basis was offered for designing and rebuilding valve.
