摘要
开展了TS-761系列反相破乳剂在冀东油田的应用研究,对加药量、加药方式和药剂作用机理进行了探讨.通过在高十七转油站、高一联高效预脱水器、三相分离器等处的应用研究表明:TS-761系列反相破乳剂兼具电性中和、吸附架桥、替换等作用,除油、除悬功能优于常规油田反相破乳剂,适于冀东油田采油污水处理.
Application of the TS-761 series reverse demulsifiers in Treating Produced Water in Jidong Oil-field were investigated. Medicament feeding concentration/manner and their demulsification mechanism were studied. Feeding water were taken from the Three-phase separator, the Pre-hydroextrractor and the portal in Jidong Oil-field. The results show that advantages of the TS-761 series reverse demulsifiers are charge neutralization, bridging, adsorption and substitution adsorption. The TS-761 series are superior to general demulsifiers in properties of degrease and removing of suspended solid. Produced Water in Jidong Oil-field could be treated by the TS-761 series reverse demulsifiers.
