一种基于高真空加速测量装置的测定VCI材料的预膜方法 被引量:1

摘要 气相防锈材料目前已在金属防锈领域得到广泛应用,防锈材料的预膜时间对金属的防锈效果有一定的影响,但当前文献中却没有体现。利用高真空加速测量系统研究了两种自制气相防锈膜的不同预膜时间,并借助盐雾箱腐蚀实验考察了不同预膜时间对其防锈效果的影响。结果表明,用该方法能准确测得气相防锈膜的预膜时间,而正确的预膜时间对防锈效果有着重要影响。 Volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) material has been applied widely in antirust industry of metal in resent years. It is believed that pre-volatile time of VCI material has a certain infection on steel. However, that infection of pre-volatile time can't present in estimate method about VCI rust prevention ability in many literature. In the paper, the measuring method of pre-film time based on a sets of high-vacuum accelerate device was obtained in time and accurately. We also studied the inhibitive effect of VCI films on the different pre-volatile time. The result shows that accurate pre-volatile time obtained by the high-vacuum accelerate device have the important influence for the antirust effect.
