摘要 为在中性束诊断(DNB)系统打火等严重故障时及时撤除高压以保护系统设备和人员安全,分析了撬棒(CROWBAR)保护系统作为HT-7托卡马克DNB系统高压电源最关键的后备保护系统,针对DNB系统50 kV的高压和恶劣的电磁环境,用大功率引燃管组成的撬棒保护系统并联在DNB高压电源上,故障时导通引燃管将高压电源直接对地短路泄放能量,保护DNB系统设备。通过分析引燃管的参数和触发特点设计的新引燃管触发电路和通过串联水电阻以限制短路电流的方法解决了撬棒保护动作时产生的短路大电流干扰其他电子设备引起的元器件损坏。测试实验和HT-7托卡马克上的DNB实验都表明撬棒系统工作时对周边设备的干扰大大降低,没有造成元器件损坏,该撬棒系统运行可靠稳定,能够满足HT-7和EAST对DNB系统的运行要求。 CROWBAR system is the key protective system of the High Voltage Power Supply ( HVPS} system for HT-7 TOKAMAK Diagnostic Neutral Beam (DNB), which makes sure safe operation of DNB system and personnel by removing high voltage from DNB beam source in 15uS when serious faults happen such as arc inside the DNB chamber. In order to meet requirements of 50 kV high voltage and strong electromagnetic noise environment of DNB system, CROWBAR system paralleled to HVPS uses serial high power ignitrons to short directly high voltage to earth for discharging HVPS energy and protecting the DNB system as soon as it is triggered. A new trigger circuit board for ignitrons is designed by analyzing ignitron main parameters and trigger characteristics. Furthermore, a water resistance in series with CROWBAR circuit is designed in order to restrain the high current noise disturbance to other electronic devices in DNB when CROWBAR is triggered. The test of trigger circuit board, resistance dum- my load experiment and DNB experiment in HT-7 TOKAMAK device show that CROWBAR system noise disturbance to circumstance falls obviously and never destroys any electronics components of DNB and HVPS control system, therefore the new DNB CROWBAR system can not only meet the standard of safe and steady operation in HT- 7 TOKAMAK, but also be able to meet the requirements of EAST, an advanced full super-conducted TOKAMAK device.
