摘要
以矩形截面锥形薄壁管为吸能元件,从吸能能力和轻量化角度出发,以比吸能和比吸能与初始碰撞力峰值的比值为优化目标函数,采用响应面法,利用有限元软件LS-DYNA,分析了矩形截面锥形薄壁管结构的几何参数对其比吸能和比吸能与初始碰撞力峰值的比值的影响,得到了各自优化模型下的最优结果,为汽车结构吸能元件的设计提供参考。
A tapered thin-walled tube with rectangular cross-section used as energy absorber has been optimized from the point of energy absorption capability and weight efficiency. The specific energy absorption(SEA) and the ratio of the specific energy absorption to the initial peak force (REAF) have been considered as objective functions. The optimization process has been carried out by using the response surface method(RSM) based on the explicit Finite Element algorithm. The effects of geometric parameters of the tapered thin-walled tube with rectangular cross-section on two objective functions have been analyzed, and the optimal results have been obtained with two different optimization models. The research can be referred for the optimal design of the energy absorber and the further study.
