Simulation of ocean wave using a spectrum-based turbulence function

摘要 针对海浪仿真的物理模型都非常复杂,还没有简单的方法来实时描述动态海浪.文中提出一种可以实时描述深水动态海浪的简单方法,通过真实的海浪频谱控制三维次摆线,产生海浪模型之后叠加三维湍流函数来描述细节.这种方法建立的海浪模型在频域非常接近于真实的海浪频谱,在时域中可以得到比较真实的海浪形状. Until now, the physical models for simulation of ocean wave are all very complicated. No simple method is available that can describe the ocean wave dynamically on real-time. In this paper, a simple approach was proposed to describe the wave dynamically in deep water. The wave model was generated by using real frequency spectrum of ocean wave to control the 3-D trochoids. Then a 3-D turbulence function was superposed on it to describe the second level of details. Since the synthesized ocean wave spectrum approaches a real ocean wave spectrum, real water waves can be obtained in the time domain.
