摘要
介绍了基于脉冲密度调制(PDM)的感应加热电源基本结构及工作原理,给出了以单片机为核心的变壁厚弯管加热温度控制系统框图、工作原理和程序流程图.实验表明,该系统温度控制范围可调,工作稳定可靠.
The basic structure and working principle of an induction heating power based on pulse density modulation(PDM) were introduced. The block diagram, working principle and main program flow chart of the heating temperature control system for unequal bending of pipes with variable thickness were given. The experimental results indicate that the temperature control range is adjustable in tile system and the system is stable and reliable.
