摘要
行刑经济与刑罚经济、行刑效益、行刑节俭并不是相同的概念,行刑公正应该是行刑经济的当然内涵。行刑经济的确立在于刑法演进过程中刑法观念转变和刑罚演进的必然结果。观念的转变和具体规则的确立是实现行刑经济的基础。
Economy of execution is not the same thing as the economy of penalty and the benefit of execution and the saving of execution. The concept of the impartiality of execution is includable of the economy of execution. The reason which the economy of execution occurs inevitably is the change of the idea of criminal law during the evolution of criminal law and the evolution of penalty. The basis of the economy of execution comes true when the idea changes and the concrete rules are established.
