摘要
1945-1949年,汉口市政府、人力车夫职业工会和人力车商及其同业公会构成了管理人力车夫的多重权力网络,面对影响人力车夫生存的内外矛盾,通过三个管理方之间的博弈及其管理方与被管理方的互动,人力车夫的利益得以很大程度的体现。
After the World War Ⅱ (1945-1949), there was a network of multiple powers in Hankow, which included the local government and the rickshaw workers' union, together with rickshaw bosses and the guild. Facing the contradictions both with inside and outside influencing the surviving of rickshaw pullers, the workers could give expression to the profit of them in a great degree, by the struggle for the profit within the three managers, together with the actions and the responses between the managers and rickshaw pullers.
