摘要
法官道德规范体系建构是法官道德建设的重要环节。道德规范对人们的行为具有约束和导向功能。我国法官道德的基本规范体系的建构必须从我国实际出发,明确法官道德的具体规范,包括:忠实于宪法和法律、坚持司法公正、保持清正廉洁、体现司法良心等。
The moral standards system construction of the judge is very important. The moral standards have the external restraint and the guidance function to people＇s behavior . In order to construct the moral standards system of the judge,we should base on the situation of our country, and set up the criterion of the judicial morality. It consists of loyaling to constitution and the law, persisting the judicature is fair, keeping honesty, manifesting the judicial conscience and so on.
