摘要
统战的人文价值与大学教育具备明显的共通性,从统战的人文视角审视大学管理与教学改革,促进统战思想与大学教育与管理的互渗、互融、互动,应该是大学统战的应有之义。丰富统一战线的人文内涵,转变观念与管理方式,实现从工具理性到人文价值理性的转变,不仅对高等教育发展具有现实指导,也是对统战体系的自我超越。
There is one kind of marked convergence between humanistic value of united front and the education in university, if we probe into their management and teaching reformation through humanistic perspective of united front, the most important work of united front in university must be to promote the ideas about united front with the education in university and the management to reach the inter - penetration, inter - fusion and inter - action. Enriching the humanistic contents of united front, changing the ideas and the management style and to get to the transformation from tool reason to humanistic value reason, this is not only very significant for the development of high education, but also the movement beyond the united front system.
