三峡船闸四级运行方式优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对三峡船闸在四级运行方式下,二闸室充水过程中一闸室待闸条件不佳和充水时间超过设计允许值的问题,采用在二闸室充水前关闭一闸首人字门+快速开启阀门的运行方式,并在原型上进行了调试优化。水力学观测、实船试验及分析表明,这一运行方式从根本上改善了一闸室的待闸条件,显著提高了船舶待闸的安全性,并使一、二闸室充水时间缩短到与后续闸室一致,满足了不大于12min的设计要求,彻底改变了四级运行方式下二闸室充水过程成为延长船舶过闸时间关键的现状,可使日通过闸次由一闸室不待闸的13—14.5次提高到18.7,22.1次。 In the light of problems of unfavourable waiting condition of ship in No.1 lock chamber in water filling process of No.2 lock chamber and longer water filling time than design time under 4 lift operation mode of TGP shiplock,the operation mode of closing head miter gate of No.1 lock chamber before water filling of No.2 lock chamber plus quick opening valve was adopted and prototype test and adjustment were conducted.Hydraulic observation,practical ship test and analysis demonstrate that this operation mode changes waiting condition of ship in No.1 lock chamber fundamentally,reduces water filling time of No.1 and No.2 lock chambers equaling to that of follow-up lock chambers and meet the design requirement of less than 12 min,completely change the state quo of prolonging ship passing time by water filling of No.2 lock chamber under 4 lift operation mode,increase no-waiting times of ship in No.1 chamber lock to 18.7—22.1 times from 13—14.5 times.
