摘要
光动力学疗法(PDT)是一种正在发展中的激光医学技术,它在治疗人体的局部病变,特别是肿瘤方面,有着较为理想的效果。但是,由于人体自身及其病变的复杂性,PDT在医学中的应用仍然存在很大的局限性。可视人计划(VHP)的目标是要建立一个人体解剖的完整的图像和数据库,从而达到精确反映人体组织的目的,也为PDT的发展提供了新的契机。
The photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a kind of developing laser medical technology, and there are comparatively ideal results in treating some pathological change of the human body, especially in treating the tumour. However, influenced by the complexity of the hu- man body and the pathological change, the PDT application in medicine has heavy limitation. The aim of the visible human project ( VHP ) is to set up the intact vision and database about the human body dissection, and achieves the purpose to reflect the tissue accurately, it offers the new opportunity for development of PDT too.
