摘要
目的利用遗传算法解决缺陷石板优化排样问题以提高石材大板的利用率.方法提出了一种基于遗传算法的缺陷石板优化排样方案,建立优化排样数学模型,并采用C#语言结合AutoCAD平台开发出了缺陷石板矩形单一排样程序模块.结果遗传算法实现对缺陷的石板进行实时优化排样,开发程序可以进行石材参数化设计,板材设计和表面廓形数据采集系统无缝连接,对板材进行在线测量和实时分割优化下料.结论该方法在分割缺陷石板时避开了石材表面空洞、大斑、裂纹等缺陷,提高了石材加工和设计效率,提高材料利用率,较好地解决了缺陷石板的二维矩形件单一优化排样问题.
A genetic algorithm method is applied to solve the optimal arrangement of defect stone slab so as to improve the utilization of stones. As far as the optimal arrangement of large stone slabs, which have defects, is concerned, a solution is offered and a mathematical model is established based on genetic algorithm. The programming for singular arrangement of defect stone slab is developed with C# and it is combined with Auto CAD. The program module is set up. The result shows that the optimum arrangement of defect stone slab can be obtained by genetic algorithm method and parameter design also can be finished with developed program. The design of slab and collection of surface data are connected effectively and on - line measure and optimum cutting can be realized. Slabs with defects, such as holes and large stain on the slabs can be avoided when cutting with the method. The utilization rate of slabs is greatly promoted by the method and program. It can solve the problem well in the singular optimal arrangement of defect stones.
