摘要
准确把握口译中的理解原则及翻译原则，是英语口译工作者提高口译能力、增强在实践中的应变能力的基础。根据口译的特点，结合口译实践经验，作者提出了英译汉和汉译英时的理解及翻译原则。
Having a correct understanding of the principles for comprehension and interpretation is the basis on which interpreters can improve their ability of interpreting and acting according to circumstances. Based on the special features and the author＇s experience, she puts forward the principles for E-C and E-C comprehension and interpretation.
