摘要
上段排骨及其小头半关节作为自身替代病骨段和关节缺损,是唯一理想的选材。全文就移植代替的价值、术式、应用中的问题作了讨论。
Upper fibula and fibula head semi-joint were solely ideal selection served as materials to replace the sick bone and joint lesions. Traditional free bone transplantation start from the end of last century and has high practical value now; hut compaired with living bone transplantation, it is considerably inferior. The vascular pedicle bone graft, a creature in 1970's, was succeeded in living, fibula transplantation first, the advantage of it exceeded that of free bone graft greatlg. whith this methad, many problems in clinleal bone transplantation were resolved, transforming the healing of transplanted bone from' climbing replacement' to regular union. The period of healing was shortened and the function recovery ratio was accelerated. The two methods were utilized. After ten year observation, we found that they all had some acceptable advantages. The choice of operation was also determined by technological conditions and objective reasons. The Value, operation mode, problems daring pratice of transplantation were disussed in this paper.
