甲苯对铁屑降解三氯乙烯的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨甲苯存在时铁屑降解二氯乙烯(TCE)的有效性及影响因素,考察了铁屑粒径、铁屑预处理方法及甲苯初始质量浓度对 TCE 降解效果的影响。实验结果表明:选用粒径0.35~0.83 mm 的铁屑较好;用0.05mol/L 的盐酸清洗后的铁屑对 TCE 的降解效果好于未进行酸洗的铁屑对 TCE 的降解效果;当 m(甲苯):m(TCE)分别为0,1.2,10.3,18.6时,TCE 降解的反应速率常数分别为0.069 1,0.059 5,0.045 8,0.036 1 h^(-1),半衰期分别为10.03,11.65,15.13,19.20h,即随着甲苯初始质量浓度的提高,TCE 降解的反应速率常数变小,半衰期变长;铁屑对甲苯具有吸附作用,甲苯的初始质量浓度越高,甲苯吸附量越大。 In order to study the treatment effect of the degradation of trichloroethylene (TCE)by iron chips with the presence of toluene, the affecting factors such as particle size and pretreatment method of iron chips and the initial mass concentration of toluene were investigated. The results indicate that the smaller the iron chip size is, the better the TCE degradation effect is; The degradation effect of TCE by iron chips washed with 0.05 mol/L hydrochloric acid is better than that by untreated iron chips ; When the mass ratio of toluene to TCE is 0,1.2,10.3,18.6 ,the reaction rate constant of TCE degradation is 0.069 1,0.059 5,0. 045 8,0. 0361 h^-1 ,and the half-life of TCE is 10.03,11.65,15. 13,19.20 h, respectively, which means that the reaction rate constant gradually decreases and the half-life gradually increases with the increase of initial toluene mass concentration;The data also show that iron chips can adsorb toluene, and the higher the initial toluene mass concentration is ,the larger the adsorption quantity of toluene on iron chips is.
