摘要
目的建立测定活血止痛胶囊中阿魏酸含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用Diamonsil TMC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-2%冰乙酸溶液(20∶10∶70)为流动相,检测波长为322nm。结果阿魏酸质量浓度在2.78～55.6μg/mL之间与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9997,n=5),方法平均回收率为99.21%,RSD=0.35%(n=6)。结论HPLC法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于活血止痛胶囊的含量测定。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Huoxuezhitong Capsule, Methods Diamonsil^TMC18 column was used, The mobile phase was methanol -acetonitrile - 2% glacial acetic acid（20 ： 10 ： 70）. The detection wavelength was 322 nm, Results The linear range for it was 2. 78 - 55. 60 μg/mL（ r = 0. 999 7, n = 5）. The average recovery rate was 99. 21% , RSD = 0.35% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapide and accurate, It can be used for the determination of ferulic acid in Huoxuexhitong Capsule.
