摘要
构建农村公共保障体系,是适应农村社会经济发展,缩小城乡差距的必然要求。贵州农村社会公共保障体系的建立,在于加大农村公共产品供给,完善农村新型合作医疗保险制度,试行合作养老保险制度,建立农村劳动力培训机制,尤其是义务教育结束后的技能教育机制。
Constructing a public security system is necessary for adapting to rural social and economic development and bridging the urban-rural gap. To establish a public security system in rural Guizhou, we should boost supply of rural public goods, improve the new type of rural cooperative medical care system, introduce a cooperative old-age insurance system on a trial basis, and establish a training mechanism for rural labor force, especially with regard to vocational training at the post-compulsory level.
