摘要
对云母微晶玻璃进行热压变形处理,得到了力学性能良好的新型云母微晶玻璃,其抗弯强度和断裂韧性可达300MPa和2.8MPa·m1/2,比传统云母微晶玻璃提高了2~3倍.扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)的研究结果表明:云母晶体在微晶玻璃中发生定向排列,其(001)晶面垂直于热压方向。
A new type of mica-containing glass-ceramics has been prepared by means of hot-press technique. A unique microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), i.e., lamellar fluorophlogovite-mica crystals distributed in glass with preferential orientation and their crystalline plane of (001) was pependicular to the direction of applied force of hot-pressing, confirmed by x-ray diffraction (XRD). The microstructure of the glass-ceramics leads to exceIlent mechanical properties, with flexural strength of approximately 300MPa and a corresponding fracture toughness of 2.8MPa. ml ', two to three times stronger than the conventional mica-containing glass-ceramics.
