摘要
为探明IAA、IBA、NAA、6-BA等不同植物生长调节剂对茉莉花插枝生根的效应,分别用4种植物生长调节剂处理茉莉花插枝基部3 h(以清水为对照),研究了各处理组茉莉花插枝的成活率、生根率、平均根数、平均根长和平均根重等指标。结果表明:在茉莉花插枝生根的过程中,不同植物生长调节剂对茉莉花插枝生根的影响不同,同一植物生长调节剂不同浓度对其生根也有所不同。其中,IAA以250 mg/L效果最好,IBA以450 mg/L效果最好,NAA以250 mg/L效果最好,6-BA以20 mg/L效果最好。
The indicator of the survival rate,rooting rate,average numbers of roots,average length of roots, fresh weight of roots per shoot of Jasminum sambac were studied in order to explore the effect of the cutting rooting,which were treated all the shoot basis 3 h by different kinds of plant growth regulates, like IAA, IBA,NAA,6-BA etc,water was control. The results showed that：the effect differs from different kinds of plant growth regulates and even different densities as using the same plant growth regulates. Thereimo, using 250 mg/L of IAA ,450mg/L of IBA ,250mg/L of NAA and 20mg/L of 6-BA to handled the shoot basis 3 h,was the most effective method of Jasminum sambae to taking root.
