摘要 联合Pennes方程和W-J方程,建立了基于解剖学的人体手臂三维热传递的分析模型,并利用有限元分析法对三维稳态温度场进行了数值模拟,着重分析了组织的血液灌注率、代谢产热、环境温度和空气对流换热系数等因素对生物组织热传递的影响.结果表明:血液灌注率对保持体温的稳定有重要作用.研究结果对分析人体体表温度分布特征的形成机制具有重要的指导意义. A hybrid model which combines Pennes equation with W-J equation, is used to model three-dimensional (3D) heat transfer in arm. The model is based on anatomy. The steady-state temperature field in arm by use of finite element method is calculated. The influences of heat transfer in arm caused by the blood perfusion, metabolized heat, environmental temperature and air convective heat transfer coefficient are especially analyzed. According to the results, blood perfusion plays an important role in maintaining the body temperature in the normal range. This research has great signification in analyzing the form mechanism of temperature distribution of the body surface.
