摘要
企业专利战略的选择既要服从企业总体战略的规划,同时还要依据企业本身的专利状况和技术特点。通过对衡阳钢管(集团)公司的SWOT分析和专利价值的波士顿矩形分析来选择公司的专利战略即ST战略。围绕公司的专利战略构建公司外部环境、专利预警机制、专利战略管理体系和法律纠纷处理机制以顺利实现专利战略目标。
The choice of enterprise patent strategy should obey the plan of the euterprise＇s general strategy and be in accordance with the patent＇s condition and techonlogical characteristics.Patent strategy or ST strategy of Hengyang Steel Tube Group Company was chosen throngh SWOT and Boston Rectangle Analysis.The company＇s outside surroundings,prewarning mechanism and patent strategy management system were built centering on the company＇s patent stratgy.
