摘要
根据新疆传统食品的现状,分析了其工业化进程中拥有的优势和存在的问题,最后对其工业化进程所应采取的应对策略进行了较详细的阐述。
According to the current situation of Xinjiang traditional food, this article analysed advantages and problems it exists during the process of its industrialization, and described measurements that should be taken in the industrialization of Xinjiang traditional food.
