摘要
建立同时测定蜜饯中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、脱氢乙酸的反相高效液相色谱法,用于监测蜜饯产品,提高时效性。安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、脱氢乙酸分别在1.2~100μg/mL、0.2~100μg/mL、1.1~100μg/mL、6.2~140μg/mL和2.7~100μg/mL浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数分别为0.9997、0.9999、0.9996、0.9998和0.9993,检出限分别为15、1.2、18、50和20 ng;平均回收率均在95%以上,相对标准偏差均小于2.8%。此法样品处理简便易行,适于同时测定蜜饯中的安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、脱氢乙酸。
Establishing a high performance liquid chromatographic method with photodiode array detector for determining the contents of SA, AK, BA, SOA and DHA in succade, which was used for detecting succade production, improving time-efficiency and safeguarding the health of consumers. The linear were 1.2 - 100μg/mL ( r = 0.9997) for SA, 0.2 - 100μg/mL ( r = 0.9999) for AK, 1.2 - 100 μg/mL ( r = 0.9996) for BA, 6.2 - 140μg/mL ( r = 0.9998) for SOA and 2.7 - 100 μg/mL ( r = 0.9993) for DHA, respectively. Detection limits of SA, AK, BA, SOA and DHA were 15, 1.2, 18, 50 and 20 ng respectively. The average recoveries of these components were above 95 % and the precision was less than 2.8 %. The method was simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and the disposal of samples are simple, convenient and feasible, which was suitable for the determination of SA, AK, BA, SOA and DHA in succade.
