摘要
文章分别用阳离子型、酸性、中性及毛用活性染料对牛奶蛋白纤维(腈纶基)进行染色,并测试了其上染率和K/S值、皂洗前后纤维颜色变化及各项色牢度。结果表明:腈纶基的牛奶蛋白纤维适合腈纶组分染色的染料为阳离子染料,阳离子染料对腈纶基的牛奶蛋白纤维上染率范围为80%~90%,各项色牢度都在3级和3级以上;适合蛋白组分的染料为弱酸性、中性及毛用活性染料,上染率在60%以上,各项色牢度都在3级以上。
The available dyestuffs for PAN-sabstrate milk protein fibers were selected with cationic, acid, reactive dyes separately by means of the determination of K/ S value, dye up-take and fastness in this research. The results show that the cationic dyes are suitable for the dyeing of PAN pass and acid, reactive dyes are suitable for the dyeing of protain pass of PAN-substrate milk protein fibers, The dye up-takes of the cationic dyestuffs are between 80% to 90 %, and the fastness reached 3 grade or better; the dye up-takes of the acid, reactive dyes dyestuffs are up 60 %, and all the fastness reached 3 grade or better.
