第二代单晶高温合金DD6在980℃长期时效后的显微组织与持久性能(英文) 被引量:21

Stress Rupture Properties and Microstructures of the Second Generation Single Crystal Superalloy DD6 after Long Term Aging at 980 ℃

摘要 选用980℃时效温度、分别对[001]取向标准热处理后的第2代单晶高温合金DD6进行100,200,300,400,600,800及1000h的长期时效,研究了合金的显微组织与持久性能。结果表明:DD6合金980℃/1000h长期时效后,无TCP相析出,组织稳定性优良;DD6合金980℃/1000h长期时效后980℃/248.2MPa的持久寿命高于180h,合金具有优异、稳定的持久性能。 The microstructures and stress rupture properties of the second generation single crystal superalloy DD6 with [001 ] orientation were investigated after the full heat treatments were performed and aged at 980 ℃ for 100, 200, 300, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 h, respectively. The results show that topologically close packed (TCP) phase is not found in DD6 alloy aged at 980 ℃ for 1000 h. It indicates that DD6 has good microstructure stability after long-term aging at 980℃. The stress rupture lives of DD6 alloy aged for 1000 h are more than 180 h at 980℃/248.2 MPa and DD6 alloy exhibits excellent stability of the stress rupture properties after long-term aging at 980℃.
