人高致病性禽流感防治进展 被引量：3

摘要 早在1878年，Perroncito就报道了禽流感在意大利的流行。1901年Centanni和Saranuzzi分离和描述了该病的病原，但直到1995年Schafer证明该病属于A型流感病毒。禽流感病是由A型流感病毒引起的一种禽类疾病综合征，这种病毒属于正粘病毒科。A型流感病毒不仅能引起禽类严重的疾病，而且对人类和低等哺乳类动物也是如此。在世界各种家禽和野生禽类中，按照外膜血凝素（HA）和神经氨酸酶（NA）表面抗原来区分，已发现了数千种属于许多不同抗原亚型的病毒。
