摘要 概述林业碳汇项目的发展背景,分析在我国开展碳汇项目研究的优势及其综合影响,并结合江西省的实际情况提出开展试点的注意事项。应该积极参与气候变化领域的国际活动,采取妥善的应对策略,重视林业碳汇项目及碳交易的政策研究,加强林业碳汇项目科学问题的深入研究。 The development background of the forest carbon sequestration projects was summaried in this paper. The advantage and comprehensive influence of studying on the carbon sequestration projects were analyzed, Combine with the actual conditions of our province, the attentive matters for launching a pilot were proposed. We should participate in the international activity in the field of climatic change actively and adopt appropriate We should attach importance to the policy research on carbon sequestration projects and its transaction, and also enhance the deep scientific research on carbon sequestration projects.
