摘要
针对水平射流钻头钎焊工艺存在的问题,提出用真空扩散焊接代替钎焊制造水平射流钻头的新工艺。利用正交优化试验方法研究了水平射流钻头真空扩散焊温度、压力和时间等工艺参数对焊缝抗剪强度的影响,并确立了相应的关系式,分析了温度、压力和时间等工艺参数对焊缝抗剪强度的独立影响和交互影响。水压试验表明,用真空扩散焊接制造的水平射流钻头焊缝致密性好,在70MPa压力下无泄漏。
In allusion to the problems of vacuum diffusion welded jet bits, a technique for manufacturing horizontally projected jet bits by means of vacuum diffusion welding was put forward. The influence of technical parameters of temperature, pressure and time on vacuum diffusion welding of horizontally projected jet bits on the shear strength of the welding seam was studied by orthogonal optimization test. Water pressure test shows that the welding seam is fine and close and no leaking induces at 70MPa pump pressure.
