硒锌交互对蒙山茶微量矿质营养的影响 被引量:4

摘要 通过叶面配合喷施不同浓度Na2SeO3 ( 50 - 200 mg/kg)和ZnS04·7H2O(0.25%~1.00%),研究硒(Se)、锌(zn)及其交互作用对蒙山茶微量矿质营养的影响。结果表明,硒、锌及其交互作用对春、夏、秋茶微量矿质营养均有明显影响。就春茶而言,与对照相比,硒、锌及其交互作用总体极显著提高了Se、Zn、Fe含量,对Mn、Cu含量表现负效应。硒、锌单独作用总体上对夏茶中Se、Zn、Fe、Mn、Cu吸收有极显著的正效应,交互作用则极显著提高了Se、Zn、Fe含量,降低了Mn含量,而对Cu的吸收影响不明显。硒、锌及其交互处理对秋茶Se、Zn、Fe吸收有促进作用,而对Cu、Mn吸收有抑制作用,其中以Cu含量降低尤为明显,较对照下降约7%~30%。总体上看,通过硒锌配合喷施改善蒙山茶微量矿质营养时,若为提高Se、Zn含量,则以100 mg/kg Na2SeO3和0.05% ZnSO4配施最好;若同时考虑Fe、Mn、Cu含量的提高,则以50mg/kg Na2SeO3和0.25%ZnSO4·7H2O配施,春、夏、秋季均可进行。 By spraying different levels of Na2SeO3 ( 50 -- 200 mg/kg) and ZnO4·7H2O (0.25% - 1.00 % ) on leaves, this paper studies the influence of Se, Zn and Se - Zn interaction on microelement nutrients of Mengshan tea. The results shows different treatments has effect on microelement nutrients in different seasons significantly. In spring, Se, Zn and Se- Zn interaction increases contents of Se, Zn, Fe, and has antagonism effect on Mn, Cu. In summer, Se, Zn has synergistic effect on contents of Se, Zn, Fe, Mn, Cu, and interaction increases Se, Zn, Fe contents, but decreased Mn content, and does not have significant effect on Cu. In autumn, Se, Zn and Se - Zn interaction has synergistic effect on Se, Zn, Fe, but has antagonistic effect on Cu, Mn, and content of Cu is lower than CK about 7%--30%. If foliar spraying of Na2SeO3 and ZnSO4 ·7H2O were to improve the microelement nutrients of Mengshan tea, the best spraying concentrations of Na2SeO3 and ZnSO4· 7H20 are 100 mg/kg and 0.50%, respectively. In order to increase contents of Se, Zn, and Fe, Mn, Cu at the same time, the best concentrations are 50 mg/kg and 0.25 %, respectively. And the appropriate seasons are spring, summer and autumn.
