摘要
第二次世界大战后,随着经济的高速发展和居民生活水平的不断提高,日本的汽车数量也在急剧增加,这加剧了道路的拥挤、大气的污染和环境的恶化。其结果,对市民的健康生活和社会经济的可持续发展等都造成了严重的影响与危害。因此,加强交通管理,控制汽车数量及其尾气的排放量,减少和消除汽车交通堵塞,保护环境不受污染,就成为整个社会共同面对的重要课题。
With the rapid economic development and the noticeable improvement of people's living standard in Japan after WWⅡ, cities witnessed a tremendous increase in the number of cars, while in turn resulted in more traffic jams, severer air pollution and worsening environment, then the health and life of urban citizens have been greatly endangered, and meanwhile the social and economic development have been noticeably affected. Accordingly, it is crucial for the whole societyto strengthen its control over the urban transportation, to limit the number of cars and the exhaustive gas, to reduce traffic jams, and to protect the urban environment.
