摘要
军民两用科研项目的产业化能推动军民融合,提升产品科技附加值,促进产业升级带动区域经济的发展。本文以陕西为例,对军民两用科研项目产业化现状进行了分析,找出目前存在的问题并对其形成原因做了研究,在此基础上提出建立军地产学研合作技术创新联盟、建立军转民科技园区、建立军民两用科研项目产业化合作研究中心,建立和完善风险资本的筹集和循环机制以实现军民两用科研项目的产业化。
The industrialization of military and civil research projects can promote the merge of military and civil sector and improve the additional technology value of products and thus promote the industry upgrading and thus enhance the development of regional economy. Taking Shaanxi Province as an example, this essay analized the condition of the industrialization of military and civil research projects, discovered the existing problems and found out the reasons. With the above basis, the article raised the issue of establishing the technology innovation union of military and civil in the field of production, establishing military to civil transaction technology zone and cooperation research center for military and civil research projects. The main path for realizing the industrialization are establishing and consummating the accumulation and recycling of risk capital.
