摘要
责任治理是保持非营利组织公共责任最大化、促进其自身能力建设、可持续发展和扩大社会影响力的重要组成部分。非营利组织的责任,既有来源于法规、组织章程和社会大众的客观责任,也有表现为个人的世界观、价值观、激情和职业道德的主观责任。健全法律,强化主观责任,促进公开化运作和健全监督机制,是促使非营利组织完善责任治理的基本保证。
The accountable governance is one of agents of NPO maximizing public responsibility, promoting capacity and sustainable progress as well as expanding social consequence. NPO＇s accountability stems from both objective side such as statute, organizational constitution and the masses, and subjective side such as individual outlook, values, passion and professional ethics. The basic guarantee for NPO to perfect accountable governance is offered by completing law, strengthening subjective responsibility, propelling open running and consummating supervisory mechanism.
