摘要
目的:观察了解健康教育对住院精神病患者依从性的作用。方法:对380例住院精神病患者采用问卷调查。结果:健康教育作为一种纠正不良认知,启发和提高了患者的自知力和对治疗的依从性。结论:通过对住院精神病患者实施健康教育,可以显著提高精神病患者治疗的依从性,对促进疗效,巩固治疗效果,降低复发起到了非常重要的作用。
Objective： To investigate the understanding of health education for hospitalized patients with psychosis compliance role. Method： 380 cases hospitalized psychiatric patients surveys by the questionnaire. Result： Health education as a remedy adverse cognitive enlighten and improve the patient′s insight and treatment compliance. Conclusion： Through the implementation of psychiatric inpatients health education can significantly improve the treatment of the mentally ill compliance,promote consolidating the therapeutic effect,decrease the recurrence.
