摘要
利用自行研制的超临界二氧化碳微孔发泡实验装置,研究了聚苯乙烯(PS)和PS/改性聚苯醚(MPPO)共混体系的微孔发泡挤出过程。通过对样品微观结构的表征,总结出挤出压力与制品微观结构之间的关系:在挤出过程中总的趋势是挤出压力越高,制品的泡孔直径越小,泡孔密度越大。并分析了改性聚苯醚对聚苯乙烯体系的影响。
The extrusion of microcellular foam experiments were carried out on self-developed supercritical CO2 foam equipment. The foam performance of the PS/MPPO blends was discussed. By using this extrusion foam system, the effects of extrusion pressure on the microscopic structure of the sample were studied. The experimental results indicated that polystyrene foam is well extruded by blending PS with a small proportion of MPPO,the foams had higher cell density and smaller cell size.
