摘要
建立了同时检测化妆品中24种防腐剂含量的反相高效液相色谱法(RP—HPLC)。采用KromasilC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=4.26)为流动相,梯度洗脱。样品经甲醇超声提取,然后采用RP—HPLC-二极管阵列检测法测定,对样品前处理和色谱条件进行研究和优化。方法的相对标准偏差为1.3%~3.3%;回收率为90.6%~97.8%;各种防腐剂的线性相关系数≥0.9997,具有较高的准确度和精密度,可用于化妆品中24种防腐剂含量的分析。
A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC)method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of twenty-four preservatives in cosmetics. A Kromasil C18 column was used with phosphate buffer solution ( pH = 4.26 ) as the mobile phase under the condition of gradient elution. Preservatives were extracted with methanol by ultrasonic, then analyzed by RP-HPLC-diode array detection. The pre-treatment method of sample and the chromatographic condition of analysis were critically examined. The relative standard deviations(RSD) were 1.3% - 3.3% , recoveries were 90.6% - 97.8% , all the corre- lation coefficients(r) were no less than 0. 9997. The method was precise and accurate, and could be used for analyzing the preservatives in cosmetic products.
