摘要
目的观察加味玉屏风汤提高慢性病患者CD4+指标的作用。方法对慢性病患者测得CD4+细胞(细胞芯片法)在200～500个/μl者,以自拟加味玉屏风汤干预治疗1～2个疗程(10～14d为1个疗程),观察治疗前后CD4+的变化。结果65例中显效29例,占45%;有效26例,占40%;无效10例,占15%。总有效率为85%。治疗前后CD4+有显著差异(P<0.001)。对CD4+细胞低下人群,或伴有不同基础疾病者总有效率分别是:亚健康为93%,慢性非感染疾病为85%,慢性感染性疾病为80%。而对不同CD4+值域和不同年龄段的疗效相近。结论加味玉屏风汤有较好提高CD4+细胞数的作用,对亚健康组和慢性非感染性疾病组的疗效明显好于慢性感染性疾病组。
Objective To observe the effects of ＂Jiawei Yupingfeng decoction＂ on CD4^＋ in patients with chronic diseases. Methods Sixty-five subjects were treated with ＂Jiawei Yupingfeng decoction＂ and their CD4^＋ were detected. Results 29 cases （45%） got marked effectiveness, 26 cases （40%） effectiveness and 10 cases （15%） failure; the total effective rate was 85%. Their CD4^＋ increased. Conclusion ＂Jiawei Yupingfeng decoction＂ is effective to increase CD4^＋.
