摘要
以普通混凝土配合比为基准,采用钢纤维替代部分细骨料、用钢纤维替代部分骨料和二次合成法3种方法进行试验比较.研究结果证明:二次合成法具有能充分利用钢纤维的增强作用,可靠地获得预期的高强度,避免同时考虑多因素的复杂性等优点.目前已用这种方法配制出强度高达98.9MPa的中含量钢纤维混凝土.
Trials of three methods were made based on a bend ratio of ordinary concrete.They are:(1) substituting part of fine aggregates by steel fibres;(2)substituting part of both the fine and coarse aggregates by steel fibres;(3)secondary compositing.The test data demonstrate that the secondary compositing method has many advantages.It can reach the expected high strength by making full use of the enhanced reinforcement provided by the steel fibres.It can avoid the complexity of a multiple factors.The strength of the concrete with moderate percentage of steel fibres can reach 98.9 MPa.
