摘要
人民警察刑事执法的人性化问题是我国现代法制建设中重要的一个环节,是确保民众合法权利能否得到保障的一个关键。因此,探讨人民警察人性化执法的内涵,了解我国司法实践中人民警察在刑事执法上存在的问题,并提出相对应的解决方案是我们在不断加强法制建设过程中所必须要面对的。
The people＇s police＇s human nature on criminal law enforcement is an important link in our modern legislative work.It is a key to guarantee the realization of the populace＇s lawful right.Therefore,discussing the connotation of people＇s police＇s human nature on the law enforcement,understanding the problem existing in the practice of law enforcement,and proposing corresponding solutions are the problems we have to face in the process of strengthening the legal system.
