摘要
在成功制备[(99m)~Tc<N]2+核的基础上,通过配体交换反应制得放化纯大于95%的(99m)~TcN-TBI.(99m)~TcN-TBI在制备后室温放置9h放化纯不变,分配系数P=50.52小鼠实验结果显示:(99m)~TcN-TBI,(99m)~TcN-TBI和加吐温-80的(99m)~TcN-TBI(T)有明显不同的生物分布.特别是(99m)~TcN-TBI(T)的早期肝摄取低,在静注后5min心肝比为1.15,且心肌摄取高,清除快,有较高的心血和心肺比.
On the base of successfully obtained [99mTc<N] core, the complex 99mTcN-TBI was prepared through ligand - exchange reaction. The RCP of 99mTcN-TBI was over 95% by TLC. The study of stability and partition coefficient of 99mTc-TBI showed that the complex was high lipophilic and stable over 9h in room temperature. The biodistribution of 99mTc-TBI in mice was different from that of 99mTc-TBI. Especially, the complex with Tween- 80 (represent as 99mTc-TBI) show high myocardium uptake and with rapid washout, and has low liver uptake, low blood uptake and washout from lung rapidly. Based on these results, 99mTc- TBI(T) exhibits the most promising properties for further studies.
